Very comfortable and spaceious rooms

Pros: Very clean, well maintained property with exceptionally spaceious rooms. Parking included right downstairs, staff was very kind and helpful.

Pros: Many people mention homeless people in the area, that is unfortunately true, but seemed to me, that they are present everywhere through LA :D Important thing is that the hotel area was safe and clean. If you are scared of these people I recommend using bus service instead of subway. Note: fridge present in the room, microwave not, but available in a shared lobby together with laundry machines.

Exactly as shown, spotless, and welcoming.

Pros: Everything was exactly as pictured—very clean, and the staff were super friendly too! Great location, close to the main areas, and we always felt safe.

Pros: They clean the room everyday and changed the towels and fixed the bed daily. They supplied us with soap, shampoo, tissues etc everyday.

My stay was great I wish I had more time I felt so much at peace.

Pros: The accommodation was peaceful, staff was always helpful and the location was go great . Restaurants was everywhere.

Cons: I like the peacefulness of the surrounding. I was able to sleep well and the area was safe.

Pros: Was nice accomodation within walking distance to a metro station offering free car parking (limited spaces)

Love this place

Pros: Second time here and had a great stay again. Bed comfy, cable channels, next to Bobba Time and others. Clean and quiet. Serviced daily

Cons: As usual the squalor of homelessness and addiction in downtown area of the hotel. Bodies on the ground ,grime and grunge

I was in LA for a couple of days and this was an ideal place for me to stay for the price.Thank you

Pros: Room was nice and clean with air conditioning which was essential.The receptionist was very helpful.

Cons: It would have been better to have a breakfast option
