Pros: As usual and I can't say for all Marriotts but LA Live JW exceeds any doubts that this is an exceptional Hotel with supportive, conscious customer care but not pretentious in the slightest. Have stayed regularly at LA Live JW, the facilities are clean and spacious, the rooms are spacious the elevators are spacious, it just grabs you the energy and it feels very Welcoming always... 6☆...

Pros: Location & the staff… Roberto, Victor & Rodolfo from the Bell Service, Ally from the reception, Jennifer from the concierge.

Cons: On the day of our check out, my daughter forgot her fruit from the table in our room. When we went down & suddenly remember her mangoes that was left in the room, Shen went up again & sad to say, less than 5 minutes when she went back, the cleaner said there’s no mangoes that was left in the room.. so fast! Gone already!

Pros: Central location with many restaurants for food and coffee due to LA LIVE and easy access to Grammy museum and to Crypro.com arena Impressive entrance and lobby, super comfy beds, room size. The front desk staff made a great first impression — very welcoming and professional

Cons: Wi-Fi that's not free in 2025? And it's also very slow. The front desk staff and dinner waiters are extremely polite and helpful. In contrast, the morning restaurant staff (especially one Asian lady) were quite rude. My rating would have been a 7 if not for the helpful front desk staff, a 9 if the morning waiters had been more courteous, and a 10 if the Wi-Fi were free.

Beautiful stay in LA

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful in the heart of downtown LA. The rooms are quite spacious and pretty. The beds are comfy and nice bathroom. The staff are quite courteous and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast choices are limited and quite same everyday, a bit pricey.

Pros: Location is very nice, hotel is very clean, breakfast is amazing Gym was full equipped, there is a pool, close to restaurants and next to hotel great event locations

Cons: Paid parking 60$+tax. But across the street 15 usd public parking, it is safe, you can park there

Pros: I actually got a voucher for $40 per day which was a nice Cookie and the whole Hotel vibe was relaxing, busy but relaxing....stay again 4 sure
