THE BEST STAY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Pros: I loved the location, the treatment of the employees. I liked the energy of the area, the cleanliness, the facilities and the proximity to restaurants and places of interest, how friendly and friendly they are with pets. I also liked that there are many workers who are Latinos, and that helped me a lot for good communication and understanding of situations that presented to me

Warm experience

Pros: The hotel has everything you need in a hotel and right across USC campus making it the best choice for someone visiting USC. The reception staff were especially very helpful and responsive. They accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms and also let us check in early which was great. Next day different staff at reception was equally accommodating and nice. Breakfast at McKay was very good. Would recommend this hotel as best choice for someone visiting USC.

Pros: Clean, big rooms , flexibility in checking in and checking out

Cons: My room was opposite the main road. This makes a lot of vehicle noise in the room, especially emergency vehicles, which are moving very frequently.

Good location

Pros: We booked a double bed room, and it is spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived before noon, so our room was not yet ready, but they let us leave our luggage bags in their storage room so we could stroll around the city. The location is close to train station and bus stops, it is good if you're planning to use public transportation. Overall, it is nice place to stay.

Pros: Amazing staff at check-in, very supportive throughout stay. Room was ready and clean on arrival. Facilities were excellent and location was fairly well placed - although you will have to taxi around or use the metro.

A friendly hotel near museums and on a Metro line.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed was easily the most comfortable we encountered in our two week trip through the US. The location (between two stops on the E line) and an easy walk to all the museums at Expo Park was a big plus as well.

Cons: The road noise -even from the 7th floor- was louder than expected. They need to improve (or install) double glazing. One thing of note: If you are on the taller side (I'm 6'4\
