Large hotel with pool/gym

Pros: Pool and gym were pleasant, bar area too. Pool table. Handy location for downtown LA. Valet parking (only). Coffee maker in room produced good coffee.

Cons: Furniture in room scruffy and chipped. Breakfast prices were expensive and only served in your room (we found a WholeFoods instead which was a 10 minute walk with great freshly baked bread, croissants, bagels, orange juice and fruit).

Pros: Liked the security of the lift, using the key cards. The swimming pool was heated and clean. Housekeeping was excellent and made up beds and towels daily. Hotel had a lovely view and rooms were decent bathroom more so. It was big and clean, well stocked. Close to la live and a lot of restaurants.

Cons: Valet was costly $59 per day plus vat but did good job. Food and snacks were pricey with a water bottle costing $10. Beds were comfortable but distressed unsure if this what they were going for.

Great place to stay in LA

Pros: The place was clean, wide and comfortable. The facilities were all good. The hotel felt safe and the stuff was very kind. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Cons: The parking price could be a bit cheaper and some more water in the rooms would be appreciated, but it’s just details.

Pros: Lovely staff, spacious bathroom, well-lit room, no elevator waiting time, comfy beds.

Cons: Car parking was 56 usd per day which we found terribly expensive

Modern and comfy hotel in Downtown LA

Pros: The hotel is amazing, comfy and clean, modern. The view from 15th floor - amazing. Comfy beds, everyday cleaning, highly recommend. Good communication to different parts of the city (buses and metro nearby)

Pros: The Hotel in general is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We love the location! You are pretty much in the middle of everything when you're visiting for Sightseeing. It is our favourite hotel in L.A.

Cons: It was our third stay within a couple of years and unfortunately the interior of the rooms already looks worn down. Also the faucet temperature regulation did not work well. Water was either ice cold or really hot. Took a while to get it mixed well.

Great

Pros: The location was great, everyday a room service, room was large and clean, beds were good as well. Bathroom was large and clean.

Cons: Breakfast not included and it was very expensive to buy separately, downtown LA was terrible , full of homeless drug addicts, though the hotel is close to downtown, it is far enough not to be bothered by homeless
