Beyond our expectation, particularly the breakfast choices

Pros: The special offer of breakfast (at $11 each person each night) was good and food was beyond our expectation. The breakfast dining room is beautiful and lots of selections were served. Best of all, food was delicious.

I enjoyed my stay at the Double Tree. I would not have any problem staying there again.

Pros: I had an emergency at home and needed a place to stay till the problem was corrected at home.You folks got me a room and took care of me. I want to thank you all at the double tree for helping me out!

Nice, comfortable hotel close to airport

Pros: Good location, close to airport. Comfortable rooms, nice pool area, good dining options

Cons: they sort of nickle and dime you, 15 dollars for a room in the main building, 35 dollars for early check in, 17 dollars for parking in what is a massive parking lot

Great place to stay next to Ontario Convention Center

Pros: I stayed there for the bar exam at Ontario Convention Center, very comfortable location 5-10 min walk from the hotel to the Convention Center, calm atmosphere, very clean, great food at the bar downstairs.

Will definitely be coming back

Pros: We stayed here for my daughter's cheer competition. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to the convention center. The bed was comfy, the lobby is pretty, and all in all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back for next year's competition.

Cons: They could have cleaned the bathroom a bit better.
