Ontario Airport Inn

Pros: it is free wifi. The front desk has free coffee and water. nice place to stay

Definitely recommend this place.

Pros: I arrived on Dec 26 and everything was beautifully and cheerily decorated and lit up! The staff were refreshingly friendly and helpful. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The hotel is close to everything. You feel that the owners and staff care about the customers and the hotel.

Great staff and a good value

Pros: First of all, this isn't my first time staying at Ontario Airport Inn so that should tell you something. One of the reasons I choose it is when flying out of ONT, I can park my vehicle there for free with a one-night stay on either end. Bargain! Then too, the staff all around is very cordial and helpful, from the front desk staff to the security guard. All top notch and make you feel welcomed. Rooms are a nice size, bed's comfortable and the amenities are appreciated. Didn't use them this time, but there are washing machines and driers available as well.

Cons: The carpeting is on the older side--still serviceable and seems clean enough though.

Will recommend and stay again in this nice hotel with responsible security

Pros: All was good,especially the staff! It was in walking distance of the car rental lot. Airport shuttle service first rate!

The place to stay if you're flying out of ONT

Pros: If I have to be away for more than a couple days on business trips, I'll try to fly out of ONT in order to stay at Ontario Airport Inn and be able to park my vehicle during the trip. While on the older side, it's pretty clean, staff is excellent, rooms are decently roomy, beds are comfortable and it's got a little laundry room with several washers ($2.50/load) and driers ($1.50/load, though it takes a second time on less hot setting to fully dry entire load). Very close to I-10 and a Denny's; the In & Out has been torn down for some reason as of June '23 and not sure what's going in on the corner.

Cons: WiFi was down the night I arrived so couldn't do any work. Rooms could use a little freshening up; they're clean but just seem on the old side.

Very convenient and affordable

Pros: Had a room on second floor this time; it was satisfactorily roomy and included a work desk/chair, mini fridge and microwave (I didn't end up using any of them as no need to this trip). Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Staff very nice and helpful. Liked having washing machines and dryers available ($2.50/load to wash and $1.50/load to dry, though thicker items needed another cycle). Being a park-and-fly hotel is something I really appreciate on those flights from/to ONT that are either early or late. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: While pretty clean with nicely mowed lawn, the facility does feel a little older. The laundry room could probably use a touch-up. I'm still waiting for a reply from the hotel to my message sent via Booking.com in March 2023 regarding a stay I had to cancel due to injury and if I could apply those unused funds to a future stay; maybe the staff doesn't have time to respond to Booking inquiries, making them a waste of time.

Pros: Airport pickup simple room large. Beds soft 2 queen sized

Cons: Price the sign posted at the hotel was much less then booking.com charged

Pros: Overall wonderful experience extremely clean staff is wonderful everybody gets a 10 plus
