Good for short stay.

Pros: The staff information and security at night were good.

Cons: breakfast does not include any protein (cheese, jam, egg, etc) just bread and pancakes.

Pros: Front Desk Alfonso Mendoza was really nice and welcoming, greeting you as you walked in. Having extra towels was great! Comfortable bed

Pros: This is the second time coming to this facility and as always the room was ver comfortable

Cons: Not much negative. Just that their was constriction that day that prevented us from wanting to drive out.

The room qas perfect

Pros: It was okay, the only think I have to mention is that in the room there is no coffee maker available

Cons: A/C

Good overall stay.

Pros: Clean room, comfy bed, good location. Alfonso, at desk, was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Continental breakfast was out of most items by last half hour and didn’t restock.

No running water in shower

Pros: When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk, was polite and efficient. He even went up to open our room door, since the 'key' didn't work.

Cons: When we went to try to shower in the morning, there was no water coming out of the shower head. I called front desk, the person was quite rude, he sounded bothered. Not the same from the night before. He did say he would have someone from housekeeping to go, but we needed to be somewhere and just left without showering 😕

Pros: Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed. It had a working TV, A/C, mini fridge. Very clean. Shower/ bathtub had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Elevator worked and made it easy to get to room.

Cons: The shower was kind of hard to figure out. It was either too hot or too cold but it worked.

a surprising hidden gem

Pros: clean room, easy and stable wifi, quiet , hotel staff seemed super polite and helpful

Cons: weird smell in the hallways lots of pot holes in the parking lot, fridge was just slightly too cold, my food had a thin layer of frost on it after jsut a few hours.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable I enjoyed the location right next door to a target and some places to eat.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación en el área de ontario, en un sector seguro, me he hospedado en diferentes ocasiones y no he visto peligro ni incomodidad, no deambulan indigentes. DESTACABLE, ropa de cama y toallas nuevas, limpieza de habitaciones, la atención de Alfonso en recepción. SUGERENCIA cambiar el mobiliario mesas escritorios y sillones. Modernizar el área de desayuno (mesas y sillas). Mejorar la piscina y arreglar el jacuzzi.

Cons: Jacuzzi descompuesto, la piscina no da la confianza de que reciba mantenimiento constante. Mobiliario de habitaciones muy viejo alfombras del hotel muy viejas.
