Great place for a short stay and move on type of place

Pros: the location was great, big rooms. very comfy beds

Cons: the breakfast was not healthy at all. basically it was everything with sugar. bathroom was too small

I will book this location again .

Cons: Unpleasent to me were the bright outdoor LED lights at night right in front of my window, which illuminated the room despite the curtain.

Pros: We were in need of a room because the interior of our home was being painted. We booked this at the last minute. Your team exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great, you even accommodated my mom with a first-floor room.

Pros: The room was large, I had a balcony and lots of light; the WiFi connection was good; free parking; a simple free breakfast. The staff were great.

Cons: I saw some stains on the pillow case. They also don't provide body wash. Just a soap! The fridge also had an irritating noise.

Pros: Safe location and loved the balcony facing San Gabtiel mountains.

Cons: Beds should be replaced and rooms updated, along with maybe pressure washing hallways . It makes a presentable property.

Pros: Clean facility overall, although trash piles up in the bins overnight. Not housekeeping's fault. Good price for safe area in Pasadena.

Cons: Breakfast room is only open on weekends. Weekdays you have to ask the desk for a snack box.

The beds were extremely comfortable and got a great night sleep

Pros: Está situado en una ubicación excelente, a unos 20 minutos de Universal Studios

Cons: Al momento de llegar al hotel en la recepción nos atendió un hombre joven, como no hablamos bien inglés y nos cuesta un poco entender, nos es necesario repetir/confirmar las cosas. El hombre se molestó, ya que no le gustaba repetir lo que había dicho, también se veía molesto al nosotros preguntarle algunas dudas. La descripción de la estadía mencionaba desayuno incluido, el cual jamás nos enteramos donde podíamos reclamarlo. Envié mensaje a través de la aplicación de booking pero no tuve respuesta.
