WiFi needs improved but good bed for one night

Pros: - clean - bathroom nice - fresh clean towels - reception staff was lovely and helped with recommendations - tv channel options were varied

Cons: - WiFi is shocking. Really needs to be improved to avoid customers using their 5g for the full stay. - not toiletries provided only a bar of soap for handwashing at sink - fridge wasn’t on

It's ok to stay at this hotel on your way to somewhere.

Pros: The hotel was located close to the centre of town and easy to get to. The room itself was fine - as clean as possible. The bed was comfortable. We didn't eat at the property.

Cons: No complaints.

Great location beautiful views. Happy customer.

Pros: The property was in a good location. Easily accessible and plenty of parking. Stunning views. Good shops around it. Staff were helpful. You could make tea anytime you wanted in reception. Nice cereal bars for breakfast.

Cons: The bumpy side entrance the road was very uneven but that’s it.

Pros: Great motel for families. Good location for Universal Studios and Disneyland also not far away. Pasadena is quite and safe location with lots of shops around. Pool was great. Fully recommend.

Cons: Air conditioner had some problems in our room, cooling wasn't good enough.

Best option for price and pups

Pros: As soon as we stepped in we saw the room was just cleaned thoroughly. Smell was not overpowering of bleach or any other cleaning products but the housekeeping ladies did great! Love they have a doggie area to poop and pee and provide poop baggies!

Cons: Unfortunately with any place that is the cheapest in town, ghetto and loud people are about in the property. No fault of the management. Beds are stiff but I like it that way, not for everyone though. Pillows are a bit thin and flimsy. Bath towels are really bad, very thin and need 2 towels to do the drying job of 1 good one.
