It was a nice experience overall 8.5 out of 10. We would stay there again 🤓. there

Pros: Location, easy access, top floor with a view, well lit hallways, & parking ramp. clean & comfortable.

Cons: The top floor windows were very dirty , distorting the gorgeous view of the landscape etc…. jacuzzi was too small and not working properly. Having to pay to park in the hotel ramp when we were guests of the hotel 5nights.

Safe retreat in a community emergency - fire

Pros: We (my husband, and 90 year old uncle) evacuated from our home in Encino due to the Pacific Palisades fire. We had three cars loaded with valuables and were reassured that they were safe in the secured parking lot. Your staff was very accommodating during this time of uncertainty. In fact, the hotel itself was in an evacuation warning area and we received a notice that we could check out at no cost if necessary... There were a number of other guest \

Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought the waitresses in the restaurant were great. I was glad to see that there was a restaurant on site. I did not expect this, and it was a nice feature.

Cons: The pool area.

I had a great stay.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. I was happy to see extra blankets. The pillows were incredibly soft and amazing! I had a great stay!

Cons: Not enough toiletry. Also, wish there were more restaurants in the area I could've walked to. There was one across the street, but it was closed for lunch. There were others passed a bridge, but I was afraid to walk under that bridge alone. There were a few homeless people under that bridge and they seemed pretty high.
