Pros: The staff was very nice and pleasant and the rooms was very clean

Cons: Please, if you can get a microwave for the reception area that would help a lot

It is an excellent spot for commuting between several tourist and business venues.

Pros: I liked they provided early check-in and warmed up the room temperature before I entered. Cold water in the pool gives a good start for refreshments. There is also a hot bath spot.

Cons: Taking a shower can cause a flood if you do not close the curtain. Just lay the towels down on the floor before turning the tap on.

For the value it's not a bad place to stay

Pros: I was working close by and it was easy freeway access and plenty of restaurants and shops near but.

Cons: Homeless people out front

Pros: We were late checking out and the staff carefully collected all our things. Many thanks to the supervisor!!!

Pros: I like the cleanness of the room. I was impressed to see a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel representatives customer service was incredible. I will recommend to follow peers and comeback. Thank you for the service.

Cons: To be honest I can’t recall. However , a few people that wasn’t hotel guests was close to the hotel observing hotel guest. However, I felt safe to see the local police car park by the hotel.

Excellent value!

Pros: Excellent value, or was exactly what I would've expected for the price. Bed was nice and comfortable. The only issue was the TV: the picture was kind of washed out so it wasn't the best. Overall, it was a positive experience, I would definitely be back!

Our staycations are always amazing and the prices can’t be beat

Pros: We enjoy this hotel so much. My partner and I have lived separately due to family issues outside that needed attention and required us to live separately temporarily. We often come here as a close by quick lil getaway so we can be near family and pets. Every time we stay here the staff is fantastic!!! From housekeeping to front desk to maintenance crew- every single one are most Welcoming and very accommodating in every way. The other guests are wonderful as well; either temporary locals like myself and my partner or visiting from elsewhere-great convo is sure to be had. They aren’t friendly as wel!! I’d give more stars of if I could!

Cons: When I asked The staff to take out the trash for me to give me that I don’t speak English routine

Cons: No elevator or ramp accessibility for upstair rooms.
