Very happy with the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast good, staff great, great reception staff.

Great place to stay with lovely, helpful staff.

Pros: Great location close to the freeway. Awesome, helpful staff. Great comfortable rooms with a great pool and kitchen. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: A little bit of noise from the freeway but that was expected since it was so close.

Pros: Fernando at check in was friendly and helpful. I like that check out is at noon, no rush.

Pros: Frig in the room. Able to borrow playing cards. Breakfast choices available. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of room.

Cons: Extremely high cost of store (lobby) items. $10 for a bottle of Starbucks coffee is ridiculous. Pistachios did not taste fresh or flavorful. Again…way too expensive. Very undercooked bacon swimming in grease at breakfast. We did ask for two rooms next to or near each other. They were on different floors.

Pros: Des chambres spacieuses et une cuisine bien équipée. Une piscine agréable et un personnel sympathique. Un petit déjeuner compris dans le prix, de qualité et varié

Cons: Une climatisation bruyante et une très mauvaise isolation phonique tant extérieure qu'intérieure (mais avec le recul, c'est le cas dans beaucoup d'hôtels américains). Un regret également sur le nombre de places assises autour de la table à manger (3 chaises seulement)

Pros: Mooi hotel op een goede locatie voor doorreis naar de kust. Kamers waren ruim en schoon. Op loopafstand enige restaurants. Heerlijke bedden met verschillende kussens zodat er vast iets bij zit dat past bij je persoonlijke voorkeur.

Cons: Matig ontbijt. De hotelkamer was dubbel afgeschreven van onze cc. Toen we dit aangaven bij de receptie, was de jongen achter de balie niet heel behulpzaam. Hij gaf aan dat we dat met booking.com uit moesten zoeken en hij niets voor ons kon doen. Hij kon ons ook geen afschrift van de factuur geven. Een uur later was de reservering wel aangepast op onze credit card.

Overall stay was good, kids enjoyed pool area, room was good, price was good, location was great. Breakfast not so great

Pros: Having a kitchen especially when traveling with kids, location, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Hallways were dingy and smelled poorly, made me rethink my reservation, but overall stay was good. Stick to cold items and fruit at breakfast as hot items were not the best and even looked sketchy, one of the reasons why we chose to stay here, but ended up getting breakfast elsewhere when I witnessed a staff member wipe the juice spout with what looked to be a super dirty rag.

Great value for the money

Pros: Good location and in a quiet area. It was nice to have a kitchen which allowed us to save money by making our own food while we were staying in the area.

Cons: The stovetop was not level, so when we attempted to make eggs, they would all pool into one area of the pan. The hallways were also pretty narrow, so when housekeeping had their carts in the hall, you had to maneuver around them.

Very pleasant and relaxing

Pros: Staff was amazing! Looking forward to staying next year.
