Exceptional stay — we will definitely return!

Pros: Exceptional stay — we will definitely return! We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s a pity we had only two days, but we are already planning to come back in summer for a longer visit. The room was excellent and very well equipped. We were traveling with a child, so it was important for us to be able to cook, and the room had everything needed for preparing meals — even more than expected. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and everything was clean and well thought out. We had absolutely no complaints. The staff was wonderful — friendly, positive, and very welcoming. The complimentary treats like popcorn, hot chocolate, and cookies were such a lovely and unexpected surprise. Thank you for a great stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Cons: Unfortunately Big Bear had a public power outage during our stay which lasted about 16 hours, so we had to toss out all the perishables we had purchased the night before as the fridge was warm. No fault of the property but nevertheless inconvenient

Pros: Well equipped kitchen in apartment, though somewhat dated appliances (not that it really matters :) ). Nice fireplaces in both livingroom and bedroom.

Excellent location, spacious, clean, and convenient!

Pros: The rooms were very nice and spacious. They provided all the basic bathroom and kitchen essentials. The location was 3 minutes from the slopes with easy parking. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Cons: That the pool and jacuzzi were not open! Unfortunately it is winter! But a jacuzzi in the snow is very appealing. 😉

Such a great place to stay, especially if you’re trying to be romantic.

Pros: Loved that there was a fire place in the living room as well as the bedroom. The full kitchen also was great as I was able to prepare a few delicious meals for us.

Cons: There was a quick problem with the internet to the TV service, but after about 15 mins the issue was cleared up.

Pros: Es prácticamente una casa completa para 3 personas sin problema, el sofá en la sala muy cómodo, la distribución de la habitación es perfecta, la cocina impecable, 2 TV y el precio increíble!!

Cons: Lo único que mejoraría sería la velocidad del wifi, me daba menos de 10mbps

Prime location, amazing rooms and overall very cozy feel.

Pros: Convenient location very nice and spacious suites. Will definitely book again!

Cons: No elevators in service so be prepared to carry your stuff, specially if your room is on the third floor
