Giant Oaks Lodge

Pros: Warm and comfortable, clean, we liked the gas fire heating, great.

Cons: There was a little mould behind the bathroom door. That should be cleaned.

Very happy would stay again

Pros: Lovely room, has everything you needed in it, and very clean, able to take us last minute and we used the pool and hot tub.

Cons: No issues

Pros: Nice family feel, good sized rooms. Well heated. Great shower and amenities.

Cons: May be time for a mattress upgrade

Beautiful interior. Avoid units below another unit.

Pros: Good look and feel of the room, it was clean and well decorated. Heaters all worked well in winter. Staff is supportive and handles all issues well.

Cons: Thin floors, like sleeping under a heard of elephants. Not a big issue most of the property doesn’t have upper units at all.

Clean Lodge

Pros: The room we had 108 was clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids stay. The parking was ok one night we had to park behind the lodge which a walking path to our room was a few steps away. The heated pool was not on when we got there but it warmed up a day later . The ping pong set was outdoors and they have a basketball stand . We used all the amenities. Would recommend and stay again.

It was a nice relaxing.

Pros: I’m always here with my family and enjoy a nice swim and walk around the property with my kids. The place is well kept and clean with lots of fun things to be outside like the ping pong table and lots of picnic tables and chairs to sit and have a nice meal.

Cons: The jacuzzi was broken the day we got there. It was fixed the following day but we didn’t go back because we planned other activities. The fact that I got a Refresh bag with a list to check off for the things that I needed to be refreshed on a daily basis and I did that the next day left my bag the night before to be picked up in the morning and have clean items or needed items put inside the bag. It was never picked up or Refreshed. The bag was there the whole weekend.

cozy, quiet, comfortable stay

Pros: The room we booked via Booking.com was not what we initially got as the room was not available. However we were able to upgrade to another room which we loved.

Cons: I didn't like that initially the room we had booked via booking.com was what was available.

Absolutely fantastic and adorable

Pros: It felt very romantic for me and my husband and super cozy it's been the best place by far I've stayed up in the mountains so far. It was so cute

Cons: The only thing I would change is the fact that the water would just get warm and not hot for the most part other than that we really enjoyed my stay and the place

We would stay there again

Pros: It was great for a night stay, very clean and the staff was friendly.
