Good place to stay

Pros: The location is very good, if you want to go to the parks. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the personnel took good care of us. No big problems, to be honest.

Cons: Since this is a amusement park hotel, we expected some Snoopy, kids theme...it looks like any hotel ...you don´t feel like you´re in a theme park hotel.

Pros: Amenities were 10/10, staff was so kind and attentive. The weather took a turn and Knotts was closed, but we had a great lunch and had the best time. Highly recommend! Traveled from Mammoth Lakes,CA and used to resort accommodations a was beyond impressed.

Cons: Nothing was bad l, we are looking to come back and can’t wait to see the final remodel and new entry.

Great value for money and spacious and clean

Pros: This hotel was undergoing renovations so you can see they are spending money on updating so lots of areas looked brand new and clean. Rooms were massive so plenty of room for our family. Lovely staff. Wish stayed longer to check out the pool.

Cons: We booked for the shuttle to Disney which is great but they are only at set times so bear that in mind, the times may not suit you . We missed one the first day arrived and was only staying 1 night so they kindly took us in privately there which was very much appreciated.
