Good to be back at our favorite LA hideaway

Pros: We loved the pool and the beautiful garden. The breakfast was delicious and everything worked well.

Cons: I had several months in advance requested a specific room. I had written and called in advance and said that it would be important for me to have the specific room, but when we arrived the room was not available. I would honestly expect that the hotel would be able to accommodate such a simple request. When my family and I book at Four Seasons they ask us if we would like the same room as last time. Small thing, but didn’t live up to my expectations.

Lovely spot to relax and recover from a long flight.

Pros: Lovely tranquil spot away from the city centre. Room was large with comfy bed and excellent bathroom. Pool area is relaxing, the tuna salad was delish. All staff we encountered were helpful and professional. Perfect spot to recover from a 12 hour flight. Loved that we could avoid morning LA gridlock and get straight on the highway to begin our adventure.

Cons: Only minor quibble is the age one of the elevator’s took, we ended up using one at the opposite end of our floor, only an issue really as my husband was recovering from a broken leg.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay, made excellent by the staff.

Pros: Well kept property, stunning aesthetics and location, great and helpful staff and great facilities.

Cons: The rooms were a little dated, especially the bathroom.

Pros: Super nice staff, amazing location in Pasadena in a beautiful neighborhood.

Cons: The pool's lounge chair are not that confortable but the rest was perfect

Cons: Location of the room could have been better. Room felt a little dated.

Pros: The grounds are beautiful. The room is very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Service at restaurants was good.

Cons: The hotel is so big that I would get lost going to the lobby. Depending on whether I turned left or right to go to the elevator from the 6th floor I would come down to a different place. It took a while to get it straight. Also, was not happy with the $42 fee for parking.

Pros: This is one of the greatest hotel I ever stayed. The staff is very friendly, thanks Gary, he is so nice and helpful. Hotel includes everything you can expect in a trip. Terrace breakfast is impressive, dinner is so good. The bed is comfortable, shower is nice, outside swimming pool is awesome, and the SPA is free and so nice, and the hotel location is good in Pasadena. Thank you
