Pros: breakfast has fruits. room is big. can add bed. lobby provides hot water for the whole day.

Cons: parking is always full. room doesn't have wine opener. cooler/air con is noisy. shower room not very clean

Pros: The customer service was excelent, great peaceful environment. Rooms and hallways were extremely clean, everything was immaculet. No complains. Room smell wonderful, even the lobby was tightly clean. Room service was spectacular. Breakfast was great, no complains.

In general, the hotel left a good impression, but there are a few details that could be improved.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel and was mostly satisfied with my experience. The room was clean, everything worked well, and the interior felt cozy with a pleasant color scheme. The bed was comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having a room with a whirlpool tub — a great way to relax. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with options like potatoes, boiled eggs, sausages, and cereal. I liked the idea of serving boiled eggs in the morning. Overall, the hotel provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Cons: As for the downsides, the toilet in the room was separated from the bedroom only by a curtain, which makes privacy an issue if you’re not staying alone. There was also a slightly unusual smell in the room and around the hotel. Finally, the windows didn’t block out street noise completely, though it wasn’t too disturbing.

Pros: Really good and spacious room. It was super clean and the bathroom was big. It even had an armchair in our room.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Explained everything while checking. Offered us complimentary cup nooodles. Breakfast was good, hot/cold options. We’d defo stay again if we visit LA.

Cons: A.C in the bedroom was loud but we managed to sleep.

Pros: We were looking for accommodation in a quiet and safe part of the city, and this hotel met our expectations. We parked the car in the inner courtyard, where it was completely safe. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We stayed for just one night, and there was nothing that bothered us.

When returning back to California will definitely book again with your hotel.

Pros: Liked that you could eat your breakfast in a separate room or near the pool besides the breakfast room.

Cons: All was just fine.

If the service stays the same, this will definitely be my go-to accomodation in LA

Pros: - great location with lots of amenities nearby; - free parking, which is hard to find in LA; - super clean and comfortable; - staff was kind and helpful - when we left we forgot a small blanket in the room, they checked the room right after we left and they had notified us that we left something behind while we were loading our luggage into the car.
