Seemingly geared toward business travel but a gem for its value, location, amenities and friendly service

Pros: Location was excellent Check in and checkout were seamless; communication was good Smaller hotel size allowed for better service Daily housekeeping is an increasingly uncommon -Did not need to request it each morning -Reception & housekeeping communicated with me to make scheduling adjustments as needed (minor miscommunication once but with no major inconvenience) -Lobby/lounge spaces well appointed Appropriate staffing based on occupancy

Cons: Stairs to the second floor would be good, as it was inconvenient to scramble for elevator space during busy times and accidentally go up to much higher floors before getting to a floor immediately above the lobby Adjustments can be made to: -Elevator programming/algorithm -Elevator card readers

Very enjoyable stay in lovely Pasadena

Pros: Good variety of choices for breakfast. Location in Pasadena was excellent. Very much appreciated the complimentary water bottles throughout the stay. Most of the staff super friendly

Cons: Some of the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. The temperature at the restaurant/bar was way too cold (though I suppose that’s a problem with a lot of places in the US)

Best place to stay in downtown Pasadena

Pros: I am always happy when I stay at a Hilton, and this one was no different. It was comfortable and clean, and close to the festival we were attending that weekend. My colleague and I also liked the gym and used it every morning.

Nice

Pros: Location is a little far away from downtown and airport, but it is very safe and comfortable. Restaurants, banks, super markets, museums, etc are nearby. Big parking lot. Self-parking is very convenient.

Cons: Free drinking water were applied at the front desk. Better to put two bottles at the room per night.
