Hotel Burbank

Pros: The place was lovely, the room was great the bed was comfortable and the gym was awesome!

Pros: Stayed in the King Suite. Room is big n comfortable. Location is perfect.

Cons: Stayed for 8 nights. Cldnt enjoy the pool as the heating was broken and was not fixed on time.

Pros: The hotel is in a great, safe location — well connected, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The area itself is beautiful, and there’s quick access to the highway, so everything is within easy reach. The room we booked — an apartment with a separate bedroom and kitchenette — was fantastic! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and overall just perfect. We would gladly come back!

Cons: There was only one thing we didn’t like — for the last four nights we were moved to a different room due to some maintenance issue. We paid the same price, even though the second room was much smaller and didn’t have a kitchenette, so we had nowhere to prepare food or store our things. Items from the freezer were kept at the reception and unfortunately defrosted. If we had stayed in the original room we paid for until the end, everything would have been 10/10 — we have no complaints otherwise, but that last situation was a bit disappointing.

Pros: The location is great and in a very safe neighborhood. It is great to stay here if you plan to visit Universal as the hotel is only a 15-min drive from it. The room is big and clean. After check-out you can store the suitcases at the hotel.

Cons: The front desk staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The parking cost 25 USD a night and this is very expensive.

Good Stay

Pros: Location was great, Facility was nice, staff was good

Fantastic hotel

Pros: Brilliant hotel with everything you need. Such a great and safe location. Parking was easy.

Pros: Large room, very comfortable bed. Parking in the hotel's parking garage, but at an extra cost of $25 + tax. Fitness center + swimming pool in good condition. The area around the hotel is extremely nice and appaered safe, with nice restaurants in close walking distance. Also, very good food at the hotel's café and restaurant.

Cons: - No option to book a breakfast buffet. (However, the breakfast dishes at the hotel's café tasted so good, extremely good quality) - Parking cost per night (seems to be standard, though, in and around L.A..) - a bit far away from L.A. beaches (but not far away from Universal Studios)

Pros: Well placed, good parking, friendly staff, helpful when any issues came up

Shops and restaurants nearby

Pros: The main reason I stay here is the location. The shops and restaurants along San Fernando Blvd are a real plus factor. The other major factor is the price. The Burbank is an old hotel but well-kept and quite comfortable. It's the tallest building in the area so easy to find. Shopping malls are not far away - Walmart, Costco and many others. The real bargain at Burbank is the in-house washing machines and dryers in the basements of both towers. US$2.25 for a wash and the same for drying. Happy to stay here during my next visit.

Cons: Nothing - it's a good deal all round.

Pros: The location is great, right by the freeway, there's a ton of parking space, and the hotel in general is super nice. The staff is excellent, I really enjoyed my stay over there.

Cons: The only thing I'd add is to have some type of continental breakfast included in the service.
