Pros: Location is great. Near shopping and dining places.

Cons: you can hear the noise from the other rooms

Pros: Quiet location close to a large supermarket and several restaurants. Not too far from the Zoo and Universal. Didn't use the gym, pool or Bistro so unable to comment further.

Cons: Why charge customers $22 a night to park a car at the hotel is just ridiculous. The suite is ample payment without ripping you off.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and very considerate. Very personable.

Cons: Nothing everything was great. The only thing was paying for parking in the hotel parking lot.

Fabulous for work or family trips!

Pros: I always stay here when I work in Burbank. The hotel has a fabulous counter service restaurant and I highly suggest the tomato basil soup.

Pros: Mattress and pillows were really comfortable. I would like to buy the same for my home. Room temp control was easy to use and worked as expected.

Cons: Difficult to figure out how to enter the parking lot. Drove around the block twice, but otherwise parking seemed safe.

Pros: Had the best experience Patty at the front desk was the best front desk clerk ever. So polite and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, atmosphere felt relaxing. Definitely going back for day getaway
