Pros: Was a 15min uber to universal park and Hollywood. Not much within walking distance, but that's great since it's so quite. The kitchen was great, but no oven made some things hard to cook.

Pros: Breakfast was great. The staff was great. Had a shower leak and was moved to a suite for the last night.

Cons: Having to pay extra for parking is crazy! The traffic noise is loud.

Pros: I love everything in the hotel from the front desk, house keeping, and breakfast attendant. Clean rooms and facilities. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Convenient to local restaurants and mall.

A good stay

Pros: Location, availability when I needed it ( evacuated from Eaton Canyon Fire)

Cons: Set up of the sofa bed ,it was blocking the way to the room ( when bed is down). The cushion is so thin on the sofa bed . Charges a lot for parking .

Pros: Everyone was so nice . The location was perfect . Near all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Our reservation information was reversed, and they could not find it in their system. They were on the phones trying to find alternate accommodation for us. Then, the problem was discovered. Thank goodness everything was figured out. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Close to everything. Cleanliness of the place. The staff was excellent.

Cons: There was no one to help with our bags. The same breakfast every day. We shouldn't have to pay additional to park in your parking lot. This is the first time I have EVER had to pay for parking at a hotel I was staying at, it should be included in the rate.
