Pros: Perfect location in Hermosa with a bustling bar and restaurant and staff that cater for your every need. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could need.

Cons: The rooms overlooked the restaurant so we had very little privacy (could not open the shutters so a “sea view” was irrelevant) and private events every evening close to the rooms were disruptive at times.

Great location, clean, relatively quiet. Friendly staff.

Pros: Great location. Friendly staff (thanks to Ann!). Rather quiet, despite top waterfront location. Free bicycle hire, for a short ride, was a nice bonus.

Cons: The continental breakfast was (very) poor; yet this is not specific to this hotel but rather the general US hotel standard (so much different from EU).

Pros: Beautiful location, high quality and spotlessly clean.

Cons: Walking up stairs with suitcases.

Location, location, location!!!

Pros: Great location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms were presented beautifully with modern fixtures. Lots of space. Beach towels provided for our days on the beach.

Cons: Original room we booked wasn’t what we got and this wasn’t communicated to us beforehand, this caused some issues with our party with bed configuration. Staff not understanding of this and were dismissive.

Cons: Abit loud in the evening as people left some pubs but it soon quietened down.

Pros: The location of the hotel is exceptional and we were very grateful to be able to wake up on the beach. The beds in the family room were a little smallish but that was certainly made up by the beautiful view and the great outdoor terrace.

The hotel has been remodeled and is beautiful. Rooms were so nice!

Pros: The patio area was really nice to sit and relax. We enjoyed the propane fire pits.

Cons: Our fridge wasn't cold enough and made an unpleasant noise.
