Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hermosa Beach by IHG

I can recommend the hotel to everybody and I would definitely go back.

Pros: The staff at the reception (Kimberly) was very kind and friendly and I felt really welcome. The room had a wonderful size with event a hint of sea view and the bathroom was really nice with a walk-in shower. At breakfast there was a good choice and the coffee was even freshly brewed. All in all a very good experience

Cons: There was the noise of a compressor going on and off in the room, but it wasn't the A/C unit in the room.

Two night stay

Pros: Quiet large room, comfy beds, fridge and clean Very good breakfast

Cons: No outside space or seating area.

Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely stay, close to the beach. Very good breakfast and nice staff.

Clean & comfortable stay

Pros: Clean & comfortable stay. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Free parking was a big plus!

Short break in LA's Hormosa Beach

Pros: This was a great Hotel, good size room, good king bed, absolutely fantastic breakfast menu, very well maintained. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Towels were changed and bed made each day. Most food places closed at 9pm, so we tried the Thai, which was the closest to us, and it didn't dissapoint. Great food!

Cons: Location was a little out of the way without a car. We did walk to the beach but it was a stretch and hilly. Most food places closed at 9pm.

Great location and value for money

Pros: Great location and safe. Free cooked breakfast was great! Free parking was also great! Both things that are hard to find in LA. Room was very big and modern. Highly recommend.

Cons: The price is very high for this class of hotel. I think it is just the location. I don't like the one-time use plates, cutlery a and cups at the breakfast but that is more a USA thing.
