Nice hotel

Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating with any need. Hotel clean and good location. Room was small but could see every effort was made to accommodate guest needs.

Cons: The towel linen was threadbare and could do with replacing. Though not the hoteliers fault, some of the surrounding streets were unclean with clear signs of homelessness.

Pros: The location is excellent - literally 2 mins from the beach and shops and cafes

Cons: There was no air conditioning

Comfortable beds , no noise from neighbours, everything is new , bed was so comfortable

Pros: The property was immaculate and everything was new , super lighting in the rooms , ceiling fan , which I prefer instead of air conditioning. Short walk to the beach and marina . Bed was super comfortable and I could not hear anybody, it was so quiet.

Cons: View of a building site from bedroom and bathroom had a brick wall to look out onto.

Great location and super kind and helpful staff!

Pros: Everything was great! Sam and Rick were very helpful when I had an issue with the TV in the room. And everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind with any minor inconveniences. Truly a wonderful stay, lovely staff, great location and the breakfast at the revive lounge is pretty good too. Overall would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Long Beach

Cons: The only thing I would say is if you mind having no AC then that would be an issue as my room for example had a little fan. Their whole AC system is under renovations though so they said it should be fixed soon. They also had shampoo & conditioner, body lotion but no shower gel/body wash. Some minor TV issues that were promptly fixed. There is no elevator just stairs be mindful of that for accessibility and luggage.

Safe and convenient

Pros: Excellent location, close proximity to the beach, very friendly and courteous staff. The retreat room is convenient and includes Bevi machine to dispense cold and hot water. Coffee machine is also available with good selection of drinks. Also free Wi-Fi is very good. The room was cosy, including mini-fridge and TV screen. Service is provided daily. Also, little rose garden is incredible, thank you all for making my stay so comfortable.

Pros: My wife and I stayed 5 nights at the Greenleaf Hotel in Long Beach prior to boarding a cruise. The location of this hotel was very good, being a short walk to the beach, shops restaurants, public transport, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. We liked the guest lounge where we could get complimentary hot and cold drinks 24/7. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. These included Sam, Dave, Olivia, Vincent, plus a couple of others who's names we forgot. We certainly recommend Greenleaf Hotel in Long Beach to other travellers .

Pros: The concierge service at Greenleaf Hotel was nothing short of wonderful.

Pros: My experience at the Greenleaf Hotel was fantastic. The non-smoking rooms were fresh and cozy, and the 24-hour front desk staff were always available to assist with any inquiries.

Pros: Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience. The flat-screen TV in my room was crystal clear, and I appreciated having access to a wide range of cable channels.

Pros: The private parking was convenient, and the view from my room was stunning. I loved my time here!
