FUN ADVENTOUR AND PLEASANT

Pros: first the customer service rep Steve was so Pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and rooms clean and comfortable. parking for handicap was so easy to find. But your Agent or front desk Agent made it enjoyable for us because me and my wife always believe customer service should be the priority of any company because that's where the business comes in. You should give him a raise...God Bless

Cons: nothing everything was on point..

Pros: Staff were super-helpful and polite, thank you. Hotel is clean and well organised, in a great location for downtown and the marina or beach.

Pros: The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is close to everything.

Room was good, restaurant was bad..

Pros: The room was great. It was very clean and the location for things we needed to be close to worked out nicely.

Cons: The restaurant/bar was not well represented. The staffing issue made it a problem as we sat waiting over an hour for our meal. The prices were also on the higher side than should be.

Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and surrounded by fascinating local history.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much! We were given a higher level room with an awesome view of Downtown Long Beach facing east. The location was perfect in relation to an event we were attending just a 10-minute walk away. Plenty of dining options are super close and I do recommend the hotel restaurant (great food and service). Our room was really clean; we could tell it was recently renovated. A/C and shower were of great quality, and the toilet was modern and eco-friendly. Beds were comfy.

Perfect

Pros: The place is really close to Long Beach. You can easily walk to the coastline in just a few minutes. The service there made me feel like I was with my family. The bed was big, and my girlfriend and I were super happy with it. It was a great trip!

Expensive, but good overall.

Pros: No breakfast. Room was clean, bed comfortable, plumbing worked, good hot water. Everything except the HVAC worked, the staff was great. The location was especially convenient for us to visit our son, and close to the waterfront and restaurants.

Cons: HVAC was erratic, seemed to shut off cooling in the night so we woke up too hot in the night. It (temp outside) was not hot while we were there, so perhaps that confused the system. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and took a long time to air out after use. There was a slight odor of sewer gas when the toilet was flushed. The room was noisy- noise from the room above and the hallway, and the lobby very noisy. Even though the hotel is very conveniently located, it worked out to $300/night, which seems pretty expensive for a 3 star place.

Dreamstate Hotel

Pros: The Hotel Rooms were cozy and I could see the Queen Mary from my bedroom window, that steeped onto a small balcony.

Cons: The staff were helpful and kind .
