Quick stay but fun pool and helpful staff

Pros: Good location near to beach and great little pool out back

Cons: Resort fee! Why don’t you just absorb this cost and stop charging it ?

Pros: Lovely clean and fresh hotel. Nice little amenities such as lavender oils provided, which is a cute “extra”.

Cons: Felt a little distant from any shops, especially when travelling with elderly mother. I would think this issue wouldn’t have been if travelling alone.

Pros: Firstly the service from the front desk was exceptional from a wonderful person called Kasha. Built excellent rapport with us and we could really tell she loved her job. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed, it was the most pleasant check-in experience i have had on my travels, and i travel a lot. I really hope her pay cheque reflects how much effort she puts in to her job! We were kindly upgraded and the room was very nicely presented and large. Only very thin layers of dust on the lampshades but really unnoticable. Lovely view out the window and the windows were VERY clean. Bed was comfy, had a very pleasant night's sleep. Lovely location as well, close to pretty much everything you need. Just around the corner from a metro station.

Cons: Was not a fan of the bathroom. Whilst the bathroom itself seemed clean and tidy to begin with, the bath/shower looked as if it hadnt been cleaned properly in a few weeks at least. I avoided using it as a result. The showerhead had a lot of limescale buildup on the nozzles, watermarks and stains all over the faucet and bath and surrounding areas, as well as rust on the bath tub around the overflow. It was not in a good shape and is sub par compared to the rest of the beautiful room. I would expect a gleaming shiny shower without limescale looking like new in a 4 star hotel with the price we paid, especially in an upgraded room.. Afterall it only takes one spray and wipe to remove :)

A comfortable stay with some nice amenities, but hidden fees and room issues detracted from the experience.

Pros: The Westin Long Beach offers a nice gym, a convenient coffee and breakfast shop, and is well-located for catching the Passport bus to the cruise port. The room was comfortable overall.

Cons: The room had a musty smell, and it's unclear how the hotel manages cleanliness in pet-friendly areas, particularly with wet carpets. The unexpected destination fee was frustrating—it wasn’t disclosed during booking, and although it could be offset with purchases, we had unknowingly prepaid it, which made us feel misled.

Nice hotel, pretty expensive for the stay

Pros: Lovely hotel, very friendly and professional bar staff.

Cons: Didn't manage to get us a King room - rate was pretty expensive for what it was.

Pleasant and relaxed

Pros: The Pizza and the hospitality of the team at the bar counter was awesome. Good job!! guys

Cons: The car parking was way to expensive for a day ( indeed it should have been considered to be inclusive in room bill)

Nice Place Great Hotel

Pros: Location is great, nice place to stay by business or resting, lots of options near by. It I strongly suggested stay there. We received at front desk an non cost upgrade for by part of of Bonvoy (Marriot).

Cons: Wish we could have more time to enjoy the hotel. We miss the restaurantes and the pool, but it was part of our trip not to stay to much time in the hotel :(

Pros: Food was very good and the staff was helpful and friendly
