Great hotel, will certainly stay again!

Pros: Amazing staff, beautiful decor, facilities were top! Customer service excellent. Luxurious experiences.

Cons: Breakfast was underwhelming and very overpriced.

Our overall experience was delightful, and the hospitality was much appreciated.

Pros: Nearly everything — from the warm welcome at reception to the elegant decor and the delicious breakfast each morning. The service was excellent, and every detail made the stay truly enjoyable.

Cons: A minor concern was the lack of firm mattress options or a support board to make the beds more comfortable. Additionally, there was a faint, unpleasant odor on the bed cushions — possibly due to humidity or the cleaning products used. It wasn’t overwhelming, but addressing this small detail would certainly enhance the overall guest experience.

Pros: Wow, exceptional staff and quality. Everything is top notch and attention is paid to the details.

Cons: It was hard to tell when some of the facilities like the rooftop bar were open. It would have been nice to get a packet describing the facilities and hours

Cons: Elevators seemed to be run by hamsters in a wheel…took FOREVERRRRR! lol but everything was so perfect, not even the elevators could have changed our vibe!!

Pros: Location was perfect. Just a couple blocks from the beach and downtown shopping and restaurants. The customer service was above and beyond amazing and the little bars throughout the hotel were super cute.
