Fantastic reception staff

Pros: Juan on reception was so helpful. I had lots of questions and he was patient and did everything he could to help. Excellent service. Would stay here again due to the staff.

Cons: Everything was fine. No issues.

Fantastic location friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming in particular Andre who was exceptional. Rooms were spacious with good facilities and bed extremely comfortable

Cons: We would have liked a bigger gym but there is a huge gym opposite which we used for a fee instead

Nice stay but room service not great

Pros: Good location for what we needed. Let us store our bags as we arrived very early. Clean and quiet and nice friendly doorman

Cons: Really late servicing our room both days and the second time it was after 5pm so didn’t get done at all as we just wanted to relax

Pros: Nice location, very clean, friendly personal. Fitness room open 24h.

Cons: The gym space was unfortunately limited in terms of size and available equipment. For a normal gym training it is necessary to go for a local gym.

Pros: Easy walk to restaurants and entertainment centers. Staff were helpful when we arrived early.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent – everything is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

Cons: However, there were a few downsides: our room faced noisy ventilation units that ran constantly, which disturbed the peace, even though we didn’t book the cheapest room. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was just on the edge – could definitely use some improvement in cleanliness. Overall, a mostly positive experience, but there’s room for improvement.

good for a short stay

Pros: The hotel has a heated roof top pool that is open until 10pm. Unfortunately the bar at the pool was still closed. The hotel is located near the pier in Long Beach and right in the middle of the outlet shopping mall - that was a welcomed surprise for us :) plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around - although not the best ones :)

Cons: breakfast is a la carte and really really expensive for what you get. I highly recommend eating out.

Modern family friendly hotel with amazing pool!

Pros: Loved everything here. Arrived early expecting to just store our bags but were told we could have an instant check in if we upgraded, the upgrade was to a king and queen deluxe room. It was very reasonably priced and the room was amazing. So much space, clean, usb and magnetic phone/watch chargers. Mini fridge in the room. The rooftop pool was stunning and really lovely and warm. Both my kids loved it here and didn't want to leave. Went onto a different hotel elsewhere in LA afterwards but we are already missing this place and wish we had stayed longer. Special thanks to David who checked us in, you really helped make our stay here so special!! Thank you!
