Great location in Downtown Los Angeles

Pros: Location, great for public transport/staff great. Bed faced the opposite way to my last stay in Boston CitizenM Hotel... really struggled to get into bed post knee surgery... something to request for future bookings.

Cons: Arrived late due to flight cancellations; they were very understanding dealing with a grumpy traveller. (Not the Hotels fault but I couldn't think of anything to fault!.)

Pros: Close to shops, in particular, Grand Central Markets..Clean rooms, gym faciltes.

Cons: Rooms a little small, but we survived. A little sketchy at night, so dont stray too far.

A cool and modern hotel to which we will come once more

Pros: We really liked our stay and we will definitely book it next time. The room is quite modern and you can do almost everything with an iPad. Check-in was quite fast and the personal was really kind. I wouldn’t pay so much attention to the comments regarding how „small“ the room might be. We think it had a good size. Besides that, the location was pretty close to some restaurants and metro stations.

Pros: Very nice, automatic blinds and comfortable bed. The bathroom was really nice too, I liked the mood lighting and it felt like I was in a space ship.

Cons: I probably should have done more research but downtown LA is quite a dangerous place full of homeless and people under the influence.

Nice stay centrally in LA downtown

Pros: Centrally located in downtown, close to metro. The ground floor really feels like a living room, the rooms are small but designed in a very smart and efficient way. The breakfast is nice and has a lot of options: bread, bagel, eggs, avocado, salmon, yogurt, fruit, etc. and very good coffee - worth it to pay extra if you have time in the morning
