Cons: When we booked, one of the things that swung it for us was the roof top bar. However, upon arrival we were told it was closed and it has been closed for months. you could sit up there. However , it's a bit worse for wear and not being cleaned or monitored. We didn't have the time to use it in the end. But pictures should be taken off until it re opens.

Cozy, vibrant and fun!

Pros: The size of the room was incredible. So spacious! The colour's in the room were so fun and vibrant. Definitely something a little different which we loved. The staff were very kind and considerate. Location is INCREDIBLE, it's about 10min walking distance from the hall of fame. We also walked from the accommodation to the Griffith Observatory as well which took just under 2hrs. Ralph's supermarket is also close by in walking distance if you need any supplies!

Cons: The bathroom door didn't close properly and the handle on the inside of the door was very loose so they had to get maintenance in to fix it. I definitely think maintenance/housekeepers need to go through the rooms thoroughly and just inspect for any defects and things like that before putting guests into them. The other thing was that I had been talking to the staff for months about having the romance package added on for our stay and when confirming closer to the time they said they couldn't accommodate it as we hadn't given them enough notice but I had been in communication with them for months prior stating we definitely wanted it added so that was a little disappointing. At the time of booking it stated they have an outdoor bar but we were not advised until I had enquired about the bar so just be aware of that when booking as I feel like the prices should be adjusted accordingly.

Great location, good value for money

Pros: Great location for exploring the Hollywood sights. Really clean, comfortable beds and great room sizes for a city stay.

Cons: Some areas a little tired and need a little TLC (eg toilet roll holder was loose, sink plug jammed)

Pros: Great location. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Modern hotel.

Cons: Air con controls- only an on and off setting so couldn’t adjust the fan. Rip in curtain- wasn’t a huge issue as they had blackout blinds.

Hidden Gem!

Pros: Coffee and water available 24/7 great for in the morning. Quiet enough hotel and area wasnt busy. Faced the car park and never heard anyone talking outside. Could see Hollywood hills from room. Microwave available good for heating up leftovers. Bed was really comfy. Shower was great. Room was warm enough. Got cleaned everyday with bed made. Coffee machine in room and refrigerator. Staff where friendly. Big room. No carpets. Can't think of any negatives. We don't drive so never used the car park so that didn't apply to us personally. Our Uber had never even heard of the place in 40 years so it must be a quiet place.

Pros: I stayed at The Moment Hotel and was impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was from the start. The location was great and very close to the RUNYON CANYON PARK. I had a few beautiful hikes there! Highly recommended!

Great location, close to transport and shops, staff friendly and helpful

Pros: Great location to buses short walk to Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard, takeaways, supermarket and laundry close by. Rooms good size for family facilities were good. Staff amazing, had to evacuate for the fires and they were calm and helpful.
