SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Upland - Ontario North

My stay was a pleasant one. It was very comfortable stay after a very long drive.

Pros: My friend and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff member working during breakfast was very kind. She assisted us in operating one of the machines.

Cons: The facility, staff and cleanliness was great however, my only dislike was some guest we're smoking Marijuana in the parking lot. That was disturbing because of the smell.

It was a nice and pleasurable experience.

Pros: Except for the Wi-Fi, I like almost everything else. The staff were good and flexible for the requests that I initiated. The property and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast could have been a little bit better in terms of items available to eat. The Wi-Fi needs to be optimal across the property. It didn't provide complete coverage.

Lovely hotel but didn’t get what I paid for.

Pros: I liked everything about the hotel, it was clean and in a lovely area.

Cons: The only thing I found odd, is I prepaid months before for a double room and when I checked in, which was late, there were no rooms available. I don’t understand when you prepay for a room, that it isn’t ready for you, no matter what time you arrive. We did get given a suite instead but I had to sleep on a pull out sofa which was incredibly uncomfortable and not good for my back. It wasn’t really a bonus having a suite, as we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel so never used room, it literally was just to sleep.

Safe hotel with great rooms

Pros: The parking facilities directly in front of the room and the two beds.

Good value for money

Pros: Nice and safe location. Clean and fresh room and I especially liked that there was no carpet. Good breakfast, better than most hotel chains is the US.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.

Would stay there again.

Pros: The hotel was nice. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but the nice lady serving it was so sweet and helpful to everybody.

Cons: The pool could use a cleaning.

Comfortable and Affordable

Pros: King Suite was spacious and bed was so much comfortable. Weather was too hot but the Air Conditioner was working perfectly to make the room like a heaven. Breakfast was basic but fulfilling. Mr. Suresh at reception was very helpful and polite person.

Cons: Shower pressure was too low . One day the water supply was cut off for more than 3 hours , I was so much confused about what happened with water and was getting late to go out without shower. Room service was awful, they did not knock to check if we need cleaning . I once chased them up for cleaning. Unfortunately the cleaning staff Donot speak English.

Pros: Clean, secure and modern room. Great breakfast and easy check in/check out process.

Cons: No elevator, but this wasn't the end of the world! Only a small flight of stairs to the second level.

Satisfactory over all

Pros: high grade bathroom, smart TV with You-tube choice, good lightning, many USB sockets

Cons: Fringe and ventilator seem old and not work well. Fringe with annoying noise like dive-breathing throughout the night. Sound-proofing very poor as we could always hear someone walking and talking outside and upfloor.

Great stuff, clean room, safe gated parking

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Stuff was amazing, the room was very clean and modern. The hotel parking is behind the gate, so I felt safe for the car.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was really good.
