Convenient location, nice room

Pros: Location out of long beach , longer walk or uber. Breakfast poor, by 9.00am no fruit, plastic cutlery, terrible coffee

Great hotel for a night or two when in Long Beach

Pros: Location was great and the room very spacious. We only stayed one night for family visit and we found that traveling from this location is easy. The surroundings felt save.

Great hotel tucked away in a quiet corner of the harbor area.

Pros: Super quiet. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Windows that open!

Cons: Nothing, for the price, this is a first rate hotel. I would pay the small increase for a 1 bedroom suite. We had one in our group of rooms and it was much more comfortable and roomy. Particularly the bathroom.

Nice stay with a good location

Pros: It was a good location easy walk across the bridge to the Mall and restaurants and easy walk to the cruise ship terminal.

Cons: The breakfast could have been organized better. It was busy and a bit disorganized. Seating was limited and there were times where there was no coffee or brown sugar or bowls for oatmeal.

Great location if you are planning on leaving from the Long beach cruise terminal.

Pros: Excellent customer service. They let us check in early with no questions. Bed was comfortable. Room was large. Outstanding free hot breakfast.

Cons: The interior was a bit dated. The restaurant was only open for breakfast.
