Overal brilliant.

Pros: Loved the free beer and wine in the evenings, free bikes and comp Tesla rides were ace.

Cons: Only making your beds up every three days wasn’t good enough, using sustainability as an excuse didn’t cut it with me.

Excellent and upscale, would stay there again.

Pros: Room was very upscale and comfortable, quiet and elegant. Location is great, Santa Monica is such a great place to stay in LA. The lobby and sitting/dining areas were elegant and beautiful. It was a rainy weekend but the hotel felt cozy and offered umbrellas when we ventured out, called taxis and was very helpful. There was underground parking for guests which was very convenient. We loved the Tesla hotel shuttle that drove us to our venue and back. Excellent service.

Cons: Breakfast is not full scale. The phone charger in the room was not very strong and took a long time to charge. There were no extra blankets in the room, so we had to call for that.

lovely hotel, with character and great staff

Pros: super relaxed vibe in the hotel, liked the happy hour when all guest can have a free drink at the bar area. nice area to walk and bike around.

Cons: quite a long way from the beach but we knew that beforehand

The most comfortable bathrobes I have ever tried!

Pros: I absolutely loved the bathrobes and the white noise machine. I had really the best night of sleep. The location is very good, a bit away from the “centre”, but it’s easy to reach by car.
