Great location in Santa Monica.

Pros: Location was very central we could walk most places. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Gym was good.

Cons: Parking onsite was very expensive. We were able to find alternate parking.

Lovely, comfortable hotel close to the beach and metro station

Pros: Very convenient situation. Close to the Pier and metro station. Very clean and comfortable

Cons: All the plates, cups and cutlery were either cardboard or plastic and no bins for recycling

Great stay in Santa Monica

Pros: Location was perfect. Facilities clean and convenient. Staff very helpful. Tea and coffee available all the time. Safe for families. Close to restaurants.

Cons: More healthy options at breakfast would have been nice. Parking very expensive, would have been nice to have another option recommended for parking a walk away from the hotel.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a good, clean base to explore LA/Santa Monica from

Pros: Great location and great price. I think it is good value if you are just looking for a clean, comfortable base to stay. Staff were very friendly

Cons: Breakfast was very busy and difficult at times to find a seat. That said for the price you pay this was acceptable for us.

our stay in this hotel was very interesting and enjoyable!

Pros: breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of breakfast items. Loved laundry facility and location with easy access to pier and public transport. the room was very comfortable, clean and well suited for our needs.

Cons: Unfortunately, hotel was under renovation and fairly dusty outside rooms and somewhat dirty due to the renovation. many homeless people around which at times was a bit scary. however, the hotel was vey safe.

Pros: Great location across from the Metro. Close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast, not a huge choice but more than sufficent. Teas/coffee available all day which was a nice touch.
