Very convenient for railway station

Pros: Very nice handy for union station. Clean and spacious

Pros: Location, private, nice bathroom, manned reception.

Cons: No basket/shelf anywhere in the shower. Hot water in the shower required turning the handle only a little bit, as a full turn would bring cold water.

A great stay at Metro Plaza hotel

Pros: Excellent location for public transport, close to Union station. Security is good with someone monitoring cameras 24 hours a day. Furnishing a little old fashioned but it's very clean. I had a huge room and it was well sound proofed.

Cons: Area surrounding hotel is a bit sketchy with many people sleeping rough.

Pros: The hotel is located very close to the Union Station and was easily accessible. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. They made our stay very conformable. Infact, they also provide luggage storage facilities at very nominal rate. We were in deperate need for one given we had to travel nearby cities for a week, and our previously booked facility with another well known provider didnt work. The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful, offered us luggage storage facilities, with utmost security that too at very competitive rates. We were able to travel stress-free. The stay too was good - big sized beds and rooms along with fridge and air-con facilities. There is 24/7 staff available at reception which again is very helpful. I would strongly recommend the hotel to my friends. Thank you Metro Plaza staff for our stay!!

Cons: Nothing in particular that I didnt like. A suggestion - the water flow in the shower could be better (i.e. stronger flow with an option to increase water temperature).
