Overall loved it and will be back!!!

Pros: Beautiful setting and felt like being transported 80/90 years in time. The attention to detail was 100% there. You walk out and you're right in the beach too!!!

Cons: The AC unit seems very old and noisy, it woke me up each time it was going off/on with a bang!

Pros: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive, with a special shout-out to Joshua for going above and beyond. I really appreciated the bikes available for guests – such a thoughtful addition. The location couldn’t be better, and the hotel truly has a unique character that makes it feel special.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely fabulous. As we were on honeymoon the hotel offered us an upgrade which was just exceptional. The suite we were given made our trip so much more enjoyable and we loved being in our room with its gorgeous sea view & every little detail was accounted for. Right down to dry shampoo in the bathroom with gorgeous robes and slippers. The whole experience was so luxurious. The staff were wonderful from the very first person at the valet, reception & the lovely gentleman who took our luggage to the room, the lovely turn down service staff in the evening to the housekeepers in the morning everyone was just wonderful & so professional! Location is superb and when you look back from the beach the hotel stands out a mile with its quirky colours. We stayed in 5 different hotels throughout out USA trip & this wee by far the best.

Cons: Nothing to fault 10/10, superb.

Perfect for a short stay in Santa Monica

Pros: Loved the style of the property. Really unique and special place.

Cons: For the quality of the rooms, it’s very expensive. There’s nowhere better in Santa Monica to stay but we also stayed in West Hollywood and had a nicer suite with a city view for about a third of the room rate.

Pros: Everything was top! The price is very high but worth it. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful!

Cons: Rooms are quite noisy. Our neighbours had a baby crying all night.

Pros: Great location, nice ambiance, kind staff. Check-in was easy and fast. The bed was very comfortable. The decor of the hotel is phenomenal.

Cons: The shower/bathtub set up made it hard to keep the bathroom floor dry. This could use a little update.
