Perfect location for a weekend or concert at the rose bowl.

Pros: Clean and tidy and fantastic location for the rose bowl. The bar area is a great addition.

Cons: Nothing bad at all.

A nice stay overall

Pros: Most of the days, we had the pool to ourselves in the evenings, which was great. When it comes to the location it was just right and we had no safety issues as opposed to some other parts of LA.

Cons: Breakfast could do with an upgrade. The room was alright, however the bathroom felt old and musty.

Pros: Stayed 2 years ago and was quite dated. Major improvement after renovations carried out. Great location! Staff friendly and courteous.

Cons: A few simple things. Instead a polystyrene cups, China mugs would be better. Probably a kettle instead of a very cheap looking coffee dripalator. Spoons to stir milk and sugar. Also was there for 5 nights and only had 2 tea bags. Housekeeping only replaced towels and emptied bins. As I said - simple things. These make a difference.

Pros: Buffet breakfast is excellent. The room bed is very comfortable, and the room is very carefully cleaned. Parking can be accessed directly from the room floor. The staff is nice and attentive. The hotel is in a nice area in Pasadena old town, and also close to the freeway.

Cons: Unfortunately the room is made only once every other day. The A/C in the room is quite noisy even in the lowest setting, I had to turn it off during the night.

Area was not as busy as expected. The restaurants were a couple of blocks away.

Pros: Room size was ok. Laundry facility was convenient. Parking access was convenient also.

Cons: Bathroom door was weirdly set wherein the person using the sink would get hit every time the toilet door opened. Some days our room didn't get cleaned and we had to request for clean towels.

Pros: Comfortable bed, safe location, good swimming pool and TV. Convenient to Union station by Metro Rail. Easy to get drinks and snacks.

Pros: Location was great close to restaurants and shops and easy access to the freeway. Multi storey car park for guests so you parked at your floor level which made luggage handling very easy

Stay great. Booking experience wretched.

Pros: I liked everything and everyone on the staff that I encountered.

Cons: Booking.com Made a reservation. Paid with credit card. never got confirmation of payment. Went to hotel and staff worked with me to find it. My experience with booking.com was very disappointing. At least it was consistent. I have always been let down by booking.com. I am mad at myself for using booking.com
