I'll come again but would love it if you could update a few facilities.

Pros: Nice welcoming staff Great location Beautiful building & interior

Cons: The bath/ shower plumbing in Rm 319 is dreadful. The knobs for the faucet barely funtions The coffee machine is awful. Almost impossible to boil water for tea without sputtering steam overflowing

Top notch hotel

Pros: The building itself is very elegant and refined. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. It is truely luxurious

Cons: The restaurant/breakfast area is in a remote part of the hotel and does not offer continental breakfast. Also the parking fees and services are a bit confusing which inclines you to use the valet service which can end up being more expensive.

Spacious room, fancy lobby, nice pool.

Pros: Room is spacious. Lobby is clean and open. Pool was nice.

Cons: The extra parking fee, which was fine if you factor in the lower room price. But the surcharge for parking in-and-out was not cool.

An older facility which is well maintained.

Pros: Very nice reception upon arrival. Check in process is very easy. Staff are very willing to help. My bed was very comfy.

Cons: There was no printed information in my room as to hotel information, room service options, local services, and attractions. There is nowhere to park, so you must pay extra to have parking for your car and valet retrieval.

Pros: Exceptional front desk staff. My was amazing and so helpful with everything, Location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a great fitness center.
